Two manufacture bases, focusing on synthetic medicine and biological medicine, are located in Dongyang , Zhejiang Province with staffs of 1850. Both are approved by Chinese GMP and U.S. FDA. Two sites are only 2 hours' drive from Hangzhou , and 4 hours from Shanghai . Each has its own research and development labs and quality control department with 148 professional technicians.

The R & D center is located at Nanhui Industrial Park , Shanghai , which is called the "Pharmaceutical Valley of China". It is established as the first-class pharmaceutical R & D center in China , with about 30 scientists and research assistants. The center aims to collect, analyze and digest technical information; discover, test and develop new techniques and methods and transfer to manufacture bases for scale - up production. The integrated lab trial-pilot plant trial-scale up production procedure allows rapid progress into commercial production.
